The partnership will bring HAI ROBOTICS' Autonomous Case Handling Robot (ACR) solution into Invar's more mature global supply chain.

Shenzhen, China, November 5, 2021 /PRNewswire/ - HAI ROBOTICS, the global leader in autonomous case handling robotics (ACR) systems for warehouse fulfillment, announced a partnership with Invar System, a global logistics solutions engineering company headquartered in the United Kingdom Establish a partnership to expand Invar's global influence by providing competitive services to Invar's more mature supply chain in the market.

The strategic relationship with Invar is HAI ROBOTICS' second strategic relationship in Europe after its alliance with Savoye, which is headquartered in France.

HAI ROBOTICS and Invar will work together to ensure that HAI ROBOTICS' ACR robots are seamlessly connected with Invar's internally developed WMS solution to provide customers with more efficient and cost-effective internal logistics solutions. The joint solution is expected to address the rapidly increasing demand for order fulfillment in the region, where warehouses are under pressure to upgrade their storage and fulfillment capabilities following the boom in online shopping.

HAI ROBOTICS launched the first ACR system HAIPICK in 2015. Since then, due to its high flexibility, it has operated more than 300 projects worldwide and achieved considerable commercial success. The HAIPICK ACR robot can pick and place handbags or cartons on storage shelves up to 10 meters high, and can carry up to 8 loads to continuously deliver goods to human picking stations. One of the company's new products launched at CeMAT Asia in 2021, the HAIPICK A3 forklift ACR allows for a wider range of storage scenarios, where goods are not necessarily placed in boxes, such as tires and pallets. Robots can provide greater storage possibilities and better shelf space utilization.

Kane Luo, Vice President of Sales of HAI ROBOTICS, said: “This cooperation will provide warehouse operators with unique and innovative solutions to achieve higher fulfillment with lower operating costs and higher delivery efficiency.”

Invar has an extensive global customer network and is widely recognized for its WMS and automation integration capabilities.

Craig Whitehouse, Managing Director of Invar Integration, said: “This is an exciting time. Robotics has changed automation in warehouses. Compared with fixed solutions, the flexibility, scalability and low capital expenditure attractiveness of robotics provides A huge advantage. HAI ROBOTICS has a series of outstanding smart ACRs that are very suitable for fulfilling the various needs of the application, so we are happy to incorporate HAI ROBOTICS’ advanced ACRs into our rapidly expanding solution suite."

The global influence of the HAIPICK system in the field of warehousing and logistics has expanded rapidly, and has been implemented in e-commerce, 3PL, clothing, electronics, energy, manufacturing, medicine and other industries, with more than 300 projects worldwide. Some well-known overseas customers include DHL Supply Chain, Phillips, Booktopia, GE and HP.

HAI ROBOTICS, the pioneer of ACR system, is committed to providing efficient, intelligent, flexible and customized warehousing automation solutions through robotics and artificial intelligence algorithms. Designed to create value for each factory and logistics warehouse.
