During inspections between October 17 and 23, the following Cumberland County restaurants were found to violate Pennsylvania health and safety regulations.

The inspection is supervised by the Ministry of Agriculture. The department pointed out that in many cases, restaurants will correct violations before the inspector leaves.

- At the time of the inspection on October 19, the insect trap located in the secret room had been placed correctly, but it had been soaked with dead insects. The manager corrected this deviation by replacing the rubber sheet with a new device on October 22.

-Label residues are observed on non-food contact surfaces of clean food containers stored on shelves in the storage area.

-Apply grease and drip on the suppression line above the filter in the frying station cover system, the hood and the metal lip.
